Scheduling

Let patients
book themselves

Day and week views, Google Calendar sync in both directions, booking links patients fill in on their own, and a reminder that goes out 24 hours before every appointment.

Fewer phone calls, fewer empty slots.

Patients book, confirm and move their own appointments. Reception handles the exceptions.

Send a link instead of a phone number

The patient sees real availability, picks a slot and fills in their details. It lands in the diary without anyone at the practice typing it.

Confirm, move or cancel without phoning

Every booking goes out with links to manage it. A cancellation frees the slot straight away instead of showing up as a no-show at 3pm.

Reminders that send themselves

24 hours before the appointment, on whichever channel the patient prefers. Delivery is tracked, and anything that failed shows up on the home screen.

Running late gets handled

When clinic slips, patients later in the day can be told automatically. Better than having them arrive on time and sit for an hour.

One diary the whole practice trusts

Saya syncs both ways with Google Calendar, so the version on a clinician's phone and the version at the front desk are the same version.

How it works

What happens inside Saya, from the first click to the patient record.

  1. 01

    Google Calendar, both directions

Book in Saya and it appears in the connected calendar. Move it on your phone and the diary updates. No nightly export, no re-typing.

  2. 02

    Day and week views

Switch between one clinician's day and the whole week. Moving an appointment is opening it and changing the slot.

  3. 03

    Links that expire

Booking links are single-use and die after seven days. A link forwarded to a cousin in November can't create an appointment in March.

  4. 04

    First-time patients register themselves

Someone booking for the first time creates their own record as part of the booking, checked against the file you might already have.
